We recently had Glenn come out to clean and sanitize the ducts in our 'new to us' house. Noticed a difference right away though as we were moving things back, hubby checked a couple of registers and they still had bits in them. Made a call back and they responded first thing the next morning. We had Glenn come back again and he said that when they use the sanitizer it can sometimes loosen things up that may be stuck in the ducts (our home was built in 1982). Glenn also gave us pointers on a few things with our registers and furnace and was personable and professional. No charge for the second call back! "Ontime"? Well, we all know life happens and he was back within 2 days as other customers were booked in and they didn't want to be disappointed. I completely understand and appreciate that! We were pleased to find that Fresh Look had morphed from Sears Carpet Cleaning as they have looked after us for several years. Last week they cleaned our three carpeted rooms and two area rugs. WE had used this firm before when they were contracted by Sears and had been happy. This time the appointment booking was easy, we were called the day before to narrow the time frame and the cleaner arrived half an hour into the time frame. He did a superb and professional job; cleaned an area rug on the spot (we had not mentioned it) and explained about why one spot could not be fully cleaned because of the heavy soiling. Great service. Would use again.

Had Fresh Look clean my carpets on October 25, 2018 and I will definitely be using them again.. Cody showed up a little late because he was making his previous customer 100% happy I was fine with that. When discussing what needed to be done he was extremely thorough with information explains the service and cost he definitely knows his stuff! We were only going to get carpets done but when Cody checked the vents they definitely needed to be done too. Cody worked very hard to complete all the tasks he was very pleasant to deal with and was very informative. After he finished steam cleaning each room he would ask me to come and inspect it give my okay before he would move on. He was specific to detail explaining his findings along the way such as sun damage on the carpets etc. He was here much longer than previous carpet cleaning companies he wanted to ensure I was 100% happy! J & M Tremblay We are pleased to recommend the people at Fresh Look after they did two jobs for us recently. First, there was the area rug which was badly soiled. The friendly rep, Dustin, came, gave us an estimate and a date for when they would come and take it to clean. They called the day before, setting a time to come. A few days later, the rug was returned and laid in place. Everything they did was pleasantly successful. At that visit, he gave us an estimate for cleaning our ceramic tiles, some with very dirty grout. We called the office and made a date for that job. Again the day before we received a call with the time they would come, and he was here right on time. His work was done efficiently, and all was cleaned up before he left. We are most satisfied with the crew of Fresh Look, would ask them again if needed, and will recommend them when we can.

The man that came to check my dryer vent installed a new one and also helped me with my air circulation unit, cleaning all the filters and explaining to me how to use it (new condo). EXCELLENT SERVICE & GOOD VALUE We recently purchased a used sectional couch and had Fresh Look Cleaners professionally clean it. Dustin the technician did a very thorough job and our used couch came out looking like new. The smell of dog from the previous owner was completely gone. The technician was professional, courteous and I would highly recommend this company if you need any upholstery or carpets cleaned. The prices are very fair and I found Fresh Look to be much less expensive than some other local companies on line.

If there were more than five stars, I would award them. From the initial call during which Linda was pleasant and scheduled my appointment to the actual service, I am very pleased. Linda explained that the service is steam cleaning, not shampooing with harsh chemicals that often leave a residue. That is what I wanted. Dustin, the technician who came to our home, was not only cordial and pleasant, but he was a perfectionist. Unlike many people who would not want someone looking over their shoulder, he asked for asked for my feedback. When he got to a certain point and everything looked pretty clean, he invited me to check out his progress on our sofa and recliner to see if I could see any spots or areas that he should steam clean again. together, we are identified a few spots and he hit them with a pre-treatment which worked miracles. My pastel colored sofa and chair look new again. I was so pleased with the results and with him and his awesome attitude, I asked him to do two sets of stairs, only $40 each...a bargain... and even my car. I was equally pleased with all of those results as well. His attitude was so amazing, clearly understanding the service ethic that is missing in so many businesses today. There was no mess, and whatever they have in their pretreatment spray bottle is a miracle liquid. I will definitely use this company again and hope that Dustin will be the technician at that time.

Fresh Look was referred to my by a friend who uses them for her home carpet cleaning. We had Fresh Look clean and sanitize the ducting in our trailer. I was super pleased when the technician showed up on time, how he took great care not to damage our new floors, and was easy to deal with. He took his work seriously and stayed for an extra amount of time to make sure the job was finished to his standards, and offered to come back, if I found more marks.
