We were pleased to find that Fresh Look had morphed from Sears Carpet Cleaning as they have looked after us for several years. Last week they cleaned our three carpeted rooms and two area rugs. Their Representative was on time, careful and did an excellent job. One carpet I had given up as a lost cause in my Studio was successfully cleaned and looked better that I ImImagined was possible ! WE had used this firm before when they were contracted by Sears and had been happy. This time the appointment booking was easy, we were called the day before to narrow the time frame and the cleaner arrived half an hour into the time frame. He did a superb and professional job; cleaned an area rug on the spot (we had not mentioned it) and explained about why one spot could not be fully cleaned because of the heavy soiling. Great service. Would use again.

Had Fresh Look clean my carpets on October 25, 2018 and I will definitely be using them again.. Cody showed up a little late because he was making his previous customer 100% happy I was fine with that. When discussing what needed to be done he was extremely thorough with information explains the service and cost he definitely knows his stuff! We were only going to get carpets done but when Cody checked the vents they definitely needed to be done too. Cody worked very hard to complete all the tasks he was very pleasant to deal with and was very informative. After he finished steam cleaning each room he would ask me to come and inspect it give my okay before he would move on. He was specific to detail explaining his findings along the way such as sun damage on the carpets etc. He was here much longer than previous carpet cleaning companies he wanted to ensure I was 100% happy! We've been using Fresh Look for years back to when they went under the Sears name. They have always been professional, efficient and pleasant. We needed their services a few days ago due to a mishap. J & M Tremblay We are pleased to recommend the people at Fresh Look after they did two jobs for us recently. First, there was the area rug which was badly soiled. The friendly rep, Dustin, came, gave us an estimate and a date for when they would come and take it to clean. They called the day before, setting a time to come. A few days later, the rug was returned and laid in place. Everything they did was pleasantly successful. At that visit, he gave us an estimate for cleaning our ceramic tiles, some with very dirty grout. We called the office and made a date for that job. Again the day before we received a call with the time they would come, and he was here right on time. His work was done efficiently, and all was cleaned up before he left. We are most satisfied with the crew of Fresh Look, would ask them again if needed, and will recommend them when we can.

I highly recommend Fresh look. Upon calling they were able to fit me in early the next day and work around my time table. We had the technician, Cody, he was kind and friendly! Cody went over what's best for our carpets, explained why he was doing things. He moved everything around and asked me to come back in and confirm he had reset my couches perfectly. Excellent customer service from the first phone call. I had to reschedule multiple times and the woman on the phone was so sweet and helpful. The man that came to check my dryer vent installed a new one and also helped me with my air circulation unit, cleaning all the filters and explaining to me how to use it (new condo). EXCELLENT SERVICE & GOOD VALUE We recently purchased a used sectional couch and had Fresh Look Cleaners professionally clean it. Dustin the technician did a very thorough job and our used couch came out looking like new. The smell of dog from the previous owner was completely gone. The technician was professional, courteous and I would highly recommend this company if you need any upholstery or carpets cleaned. The prices are very fair and I found Fresh Look to be much less expensive than some other local companies on line.

Fresh Look has been cleaning the carpets and rugs in my home for several years. It's always great service from everyone involved, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Last year my living room area rug had taken terrible abuse while my kitchen had been being renovated, and I didn't think it would ever come clean again. Very Happy! Was going to rent one but Fresh Look did a much better job and so much less hassle of dealing with the machine myself. My carpets look brand new just like the first day we moved in! If there were more than five stars, I would award them. From the initial call during which Linda was pleasant and scheduled my appointment to the actual service, I am very pleased. Linda explained that the service is steam cleaning, not shampooing with harsh chemicals that often leave a residue. That is what I wanted. Dustin, the technician who came to our home, was not only cordial and pleasant, but he was a perfectionist. Unlike many people who would not want someone looking over their shoulder, he asked for asked for my feedback. When he got to a certain point and everything looked pretty clean, he invited me to check out his progress on our sofa and recliner to see if I could see any spots or areas that he should steam clean again. together, we are identified a few spots and he hit them with a pre-treatment which worked miracles. My pastel colored sofa and chair look new again. I was so pleased with the results and with him and his awesome attitude, I asked him to do two sets of stairs, only $40 each...a bargain... and even my car. I was equally pleased with all of those results as well. His attitude was so amazing, clearly understanding the service ethic that is missing in so many businesses today. There was no mess, and whatever they have in their pretreatment spray bottle is a miracle liquid. I will definitely use this company again and hope that Dustin will be the technician at that time.

We recently had Glenn come out to clean and sanitize the ducts in our 'new to us' house. Noticed a difference right away though as we were moving things back, hubby checked a couple of registers and they still had bits in them. Made a call back and they responded first thing the next morning. We had Glenn come back again and he said that when they use the sanitizer it can sometimes loosen things up that may be stuck in the ducts (our home was built in 1982). Glenn also gave us pointers on a few things with our registers and furnace and was personable and professional. No charge for the second call back! "Ontime"? I have used Fresh Look for many years now. The reason why is that they are friendly, the carpets, couches, area rugs have all come out as wonderful clean and well taken care of. This year I got vent cleaning done for my dryer and the technician brought me to show me that the large dust build up, was a fire hazard. I had never got it cleaned before. Fresh Look came and serviced our ductwork in a fast, professional and affordable manner. They were significantly less expensive than what we were quoted from other companies. Spencer actually found additional registers that weren’t part of the quote and cleaned them for no extra charge. We have used Fresh Look for many years, even when it formerly was Sears, and have always found them to be prompt, efficient, professional and pleasant. The results of their work have always been restorative perfection. Carpets made new and upholstery better than before. Fresh Look has been cleaning our rugs, upholstery and air ducts for many years. We first hired Fresh Look when it was Sears Carpet Cleaning and because we can count on their professional, courteous, friendly service (receptionist and technicians), we are repeat customers. They are always on time and the prices are very reasonable. Yesterday, Fresh Look cleaned the rug in our TV room and a lazy boy chair and our dryer duct. This is the second (or maybe third!) time that Fresh Look have cleaned our ducts and the service is top rate. The staff booking the appointment were very pleasant and on the morning of the appointment they phoned to give us a one hour window of when we could expect the technician, followed later by another phone update to say he'd be there in 30 minutes! That was very much appreciated. Spencer arrived right on time, was very polite, personable and professional, and got to work quickly. A job well done. The only issue we had was seeing a $10 fuel surcharge on the bill, which I don't recall being told about. Other than that, their price is the best and we would definitely recommend Fresh Look for your duct cleaning!

I just had this company clean the ducts and carpets, and I feel they are very professional. Dustin, who came to do the job, is a really nice guy, with a gentle attitude and serious work ethic. He carefully inserted the long vacuum hose into the ducts for thorough cleaning, and used a rotating brush and cloth to clean the vents. He cleaned every corner of the carpet. After his cleaning work, my ducts and carpets look brand new, and I am very satisfied. Additionally, Linda at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Upon learning that I needed to catch a ferry after the cleaning, she tried to arrange an earlier time for me. I am grateful to both of them and will definitely use this company again.

We bought a large upscale house near the Port Alberni arena and could tell from the stale dusty air that the 17 year old furnace & duct system had “never” been cleaned. So we hired Fresh Look to thoroughly vacuum and sanitize the entire system. The agent was very, polite, professional, prompt and efficient. He worked really hard to make sure the household air would be fresh and clean – and did an extra count to make sure he didn’t miss anything. What a relief to breath cool, clean air again – at least on the inside. Now this house is a real pleasure to live in – thanks to Fresh Look.

Good service, the sales person over the phone is very nice and Dustin (the cleaner) is professional and polite. The job was done pretty good. Good price too, around 200$ for a 2 bedrooms roughly 700/750 square feet (carpet cleaning)

I have used them many times and they have always been exceptional. Their customer service is next level, reminiscent of a time when customer service was everything. They always get our carpets, throw rugs and sofa looking pristine. I feel like I should get a 1 star as a customer as I forgot to pick up my rug before leaving on vacation for 2 weeks, they were very patient with me even though I’m sure it was extremely frustrating.

I had to have them come back twice to clean my area rug. They didn't clean the new dirt spots off the 2nd time so I asked them to take the carpet & clean it again. It's a light colour & STILL isn't as clean as when I had them take it the 1st time. They said 'sometimes that happens '. No apologies from any of them for having our rug for 2 weeks. Never use them again. I had this rug cleaned last year by the competition & they were fantastic. Just thought I'd give this company a try. Big mistake.

My daughter’s big fish tank cracked and leaked all over her bedroom, the smell was awful. I tried my best with my own steam cleaner but finally gave up and called Fresh Look. I called this carpet company and was very impressed. I've lived at my home for over 4 years and my carpet has had it with my kids spilling stuff and my animals I didn't think it could be saved .the guy that came said he might not be able to get the all the stains out but to both are surprise and his (with the products they use and spray made it smell so nice) almost all the stains came out and it looks brand new if you are looking for a carpet cleaning company i highly recommended 😀 you won't be disappointed and the prices are very fair ..

We're so impressed with the way this company stands behind their work. We had an area rug cleaned several months ago and had noticed a large wrinkle in it that kept reappearing no matter what we did. I called to see if anything could be done. They promptly came to get it, rewashed it and dried it flat rather than hanging it, to see if that would help, which it did. I highly recommend them for their work and for their customer service.
