We were pleased to find that Fresh Look had morphed from Sears Carpet Cleaning as they have looked after us for several years. Last week they cleaned our three carpeted rooms and two area rugs. Their Representative was on time, careful and did an excellent job. One carpet I had given up as a lost cause in my Studio was successfully cleaned and looked better that I ImImagined was possible ! WE had used this firm before when they were contracted by Sears and had been happy. This time the appointment booking was easy, we were called the day before to narrow the time frame and the cleaner arrived half an hour into the time frame. He did a superb and professional job; cleaned an area rug on the spot (we had not mentioned it) and explained about why one spot could not be fully cleaned because of the heavy soiling. Great service. Would use again.

Had Fresh Look clean my carpets on October 25, 2018 and I will definitely be using them again.. Cody showed up a little late because he was making his previous customer 100% happy I was fine with that. When discussing what needed to be done he was extremely thorough with information explains the service and cost he definitely knows his stuff! We were only going to get carpets done but when Cody checked the vents they definitely needed to be done too. Cody worked very hard to complete all the tasks he was very pleasant to deal with and was very informative. After he finished steam cleaning each room he would ask me to come and inspect it give my okay before he would move on. He was specific to detail explaining his findings along the way such as sun damage on the carpets etc. He was here much longer than previous carpet cleaning companies he wanted to ensure I was 100% happy! The friendly rep, Dustin, came, gave us an estimate and a date for when they would come and take it to clean. They called the day before, setting a time to come. A few days later, the rug was returned and laid in place. Everything they did was pleasantly successful. At that visit, he gave us an estimate for cleaning our ceramic tiles, some with very dirty grout. We called the office and made a date for that job. Again the day before we received a call with the time they would come, and he was here right on time. His work was done efficiently, and all was cleaned up before he left. We are most satisfied with the crew of Fresh Look, would ask them again if needed, and will recommend them when we can.

I highly recommend Fresh look. Upon calling they were able to fit me in early the next day and work around my time table. We had the technician, Cody, he was kind and friendly! Cody went over what's best for our carpets, explained why he was doing things. He moved everything around and asked me to come back in and confirm he had reset my couches perfectly. The man that came to check my dryer vent installed a new one and also helped me with my air circulation unit, cleaning all the filters and explaining to me how to use it (new condo). EXCELLENT SERVICE & GOOD VALUE We recently purchased a used sectional couch and had Fresh Look Cleaners professionally clean it. Dustin the technician did a very thorough job and our used couch came out looking like new. The smell of dog from the previous owner was completely gone. Fresh Look has been cleaning the carpets and rugs in my home for several years. It's always great service from everyone involved, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Last year my living room area rug had taken terrible abuse while my kitchen had been being renovated, and I didn't think it would ever come clean again. If there were more than five stars, I would award them. From the initial call during which Linda was pleasant and scheduled my appointment to the actual service, I am very pleased. Linda explained that the service is steam cleaning, not shampooing with harsh chemicals that often leave a residue. That is what I wanted. Dustin, the technician who came to our home, was not only cordial and pleasant, but he was a perfectionist. Unlike many people who would not want someone looking over their shoulder, he asked for asked for my feedback. When he got to a certain point and everything looked pretty clean, he invited me to check out his progress on our sofa and recliner to see if I could see any spots or areas that he should steam clean again. together, we are identified a few spots and he hit them with a pre-treatment which worked miracles. My pastel colored sofa and chair look new again. I was so pleased with the results and with him and his awesome attitude, I asked him to do two sets of stairs, only $40 each...a bargain... and even my car. I was equally pleased with all of those results as well. His attitude was so amazing, clearly understanding the service ethic that is missing in so many businesses today. There was no mess, and whatever they have in their pretreatment spray bottle is a miracle liquid. I will definitely use this company again and hope that Dustin will be the technician at that time.

Fresh Look was referred to my by a friend who uses them for her home carpet cleaning. We had Fresh Look clean and sanitize the ducting in our trailer. It was efficient, effectively dealt with the odour coming from hearing vent. The service man also explained how the furnace and filter are still great, made us aware our filter was in upsidedown! He was kind and considerate. Thank you.

We had our ducts and vents cleaned by Fresh Look, they were extremely professional and informative. Extremely pleased with the results. We will definitely have them again next year to clean the dryer vent as I see a noticeable difference in drying time since having them here.

We had Fresh Look clean our heating ducts as well as clean and seal our ceramic floor tile grout. These folks are professional from initial telephone contact to follow ups. Our work was done by Dustin, who was not only on time for the initial estimate, but also the onsite service appointment. A follow-up visit to touch up a couple of areas was dealt with promptly and without excuse. These folks understand the meaning of Customer Service and provide quality work. Very happy with the service. The technician arrived on time and worked very hard. My carpets were cleaned, sanitized and protected. I always do that so that they will come back anytime in the next year to get out a stain that I cannot deal with for free. Some pretty stubborn stains are gone. Thank you.

I was extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning service done by Fresh Look, Dustin the experienced one and Steve in training. They were thorough and checked to make sure I was happy with the cleaning. I appreciated they were wearing masks. I have used this company for a number of years, your staff did an amazing job of cleaning some furniture and three bedroom carpets. I had all sanitized and then spray protectant. Dustin was probably the most pleasant, respectful and professional service technician I ever had to work In my house. In the 10 years of being a homeowner, and in constant construction, I have had at least a dozen services come to my home from drywallers, plumbers, electricians, security techs, Telus, etc. He was efficient, honest in his opinions of the condition of the ducts, on the dot, and courteous. And as for the cost; it is comparable to others in the Valley. Plus they have discounts online.

I was super pleased when the technician showed up on time, how he took great care not to damage our new floors, and was easy to deal with. He took his work seriously and stayed for an extra amount of time to make sure the job was finished to his standards, and offered to come back, if I found more marks. Called on the Monday and they came on the Wednesday. They sucked out my dryer vent and did a very thorough job. It really makes you stop and think about how dangerous it could have been. Everyone should have this done. I’m very pleased with the service and will be sure to do it more often.

This is the first time we used Fresh Look to clean our carpets in our residence. From our interaction on the phone when initially arranging a time and date through to their followup to ensure that the work was performed to our satisfaction was very professional and yet down home friendly. They arrived a few minutes early to the appointed time. We walked the area to be cleaned and discussed problem areas and solutions. The folks at Fresh Look were amazing: responsive, informative, personable, and professional. Our ducts and dryer vent hadn't been cleaned in over a decade and the technician was quick and unobtrusive - he was also great with our dog and new baby. I really appreciated that they followed up by phone even when I got distracted - I never had to worry about being forgotten! Maybe a bit pricier than other options, but we'll worth the service. Very friendly professional staff! We had the air ducts, two area rugs, and some carpeted stairs/landing cleaned. Dustin was great! He showed up right on time and did a walk through with us before starting any work. He explained everything and answered all of our questions before and after. Work was completed quickly and efficiently within a couple of hours. The pricing was great for all of the work done. They also provide a courtesy call the day before the appointment with a specific timeframe to expect the technician and they call the day after to follow up with you. We hired Fresh Look to clean our air ducts, dryer vent, and the central vacuum ducts. Our technician showed up on time, was highly professional, polite and also as a bonus was great with our little dogs. He went over his findings with us, and we immediately noticed a dramatic improvement in our vacuum's capabilities. Wasn't given an exact time, similar to cable companies, but was pleased that the worker showed up for the earliest time so no wait was neccessary. We have been using Freshlook (formerly sears) yearly and for many years to clean our carpet in our downtown Courtenay office/store. Great service, great friendly staff and the Technicians are in and out before you know it. They always do an amazing job and best part is they work around our business hours. I was most impressed post covid after removal of all the stickers and tape from the carpet and how with one carpet clean all the glue came up. We at Newlook Eyewear highly recommend using Freshlook for not only your home but your industrial needs too.

We recently had Glenn come out to clean and sanitize the ducts in our 'new to us' house. Noticed a difference right away though as we were moving things back, hubby checked a couple of registers and they still had bits in them. Made a call back and they responded first thing the next morning. We had Glenn come back again and he said that when they use the sanitizer it can sometimes loosen things up that may be stuck in the ducts (our home was built in 1982). Glenn also gave us pointers on a few things with our registers and furnace and was personable and professional. No charge for the second call back! "Ontime"? Well, we all know life happens and he was back within 2 days as other customers were booked in and they didn't want to be disappointed. I completely understand and appreciate that! Would highly recommend Fresh Look Carpet, Upholstery & Duct Cleaning!

I have used Fresh Look for many years now. The reason why is that they are friendly, the carpets, couches, area rugs have all come out as wonderful clean and well taken care of. This year I got vent cleaning done for my dryer and the technician brought me to show me that the large dust build up, was a fire hazard. I had never got it cleaned before. Thank Fresh Look for potentially saving my house!

I have used the services of this firm two years in a row to have my wall-to-wall carpets cleaned and I was very pleased. The second year, I asked Dustin, the technician, to also clean some wool rugs and he did a great job of removing stains. The service is courteous, quick and efficient!
